Our client is a reputable London based contractor who specialises in structural alterations. They are now on the lookout for a Construction Project Manager for one of their upcoming projects based in the Portsmouth area. Requirements: Previous experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on a similar project Cut & Carve Project experience - essential Professional qualifications Ability to deal with main contractors and other stakeholders Fully competent in H&S. CSCS Black Card is desirable Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
