Project: Refurbishment of grade II listed hospital to residential apartments. 220 units Company: Niche developer specializing in the restoration and conversion of historic and listed buildings into unique homes of exceptional quality and character. The company has evolved over the years and focuses on working with Britain's architectural heritage and sensitive landscapes. Job Info: For both internal and external works capabilities (refurbishment experience on external elements is key, facades, roofs, cut/carve etc). Team currently has 15 members who work closely under the guidance of our Senior Project Manager and Project Director. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, eager to learn, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
