Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: East London Package: £55,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance and Bonus Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a £50m Care Home New Build based in East London. You would be working for a Main Contractor that is renowned for working on some of the best projects within the industry and a company that offers excellent progression opportunities. Responsibilities Working alongside a Senior QS on a £50m New Build Care Home Project based in East London which you will see from start to finish. The measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings), for valuations, variations and final accounts. Agreement of valuation dates and preparing, submitting interim valuations in accordance with those dates. Administering and/or advising on Main Contract and Subcontract conditions Subcontract and Design Procurement Requirements Experience working within the Construction industry and excellent knowledge in Design & Build. Has worked for a Main Contractor in the past. A Quantity Surveyor who is a collaborative and keen to progress. What is in it for you? Up to £65,000 per annum. Car Allowance. Bonus.
