The Partners of a Surrey based Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor who is seeking a long term opportunity with an established practice that has a proven track record of offering their senior staff members equity in the business. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will report to the Partners, but shall ultimately be responsible for fronting and delivering an array of projects within the top-end residential, education, and conservation sector, valuing up to £15m. Alongside carrying out a traditional Quantity Surveying role (pre and post contract), the Senior Quantity Surveyor will also take on the role of employers agent and/or project manager on certain projects.
