Quantity Surveyor/Estimator: High End Commercial Fit out Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join a dynamic team specializing in high-end commercial Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects in London. Our client operates in the premium commercial sector, delivering exceptional quality to repeat clients, including large investment firms, leisure groups, fashion brands, and other prominent commercial organizations. Key Responsibilities • Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for high-end commercial fit-out projects • Conduct site visits and provide detailed project cost assessments • Manage budgets, monitor costs, and prepare valuations for ongoing projects • Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence • Conduct contract administration and negotiations • Prepare financial reports, including final accounts and project profitability analysis Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, specifically within high-end commercial fit-outs • A formal qualification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., BSc or equivalent) • Proven experience in managing budgets, estimating costs, and tendering for commercial fit-out projects • Strong understanding of Cat A and Cat B fit-out processes and requirements • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams • Ability to work primarily on-site in London • Immediate availability to start preferred Salary & Benefits • Competitive salary • Working on high end/ luxury fit out projects • 25 days holiday, excluding bank holidays • Travel allowance • 1-2 days hybrid working • Training programs provided • A great company culture and supportive team Why Join?
