Senior Quantity Surveyor - Quantity Surveyor - Utilites Type Projects The Watford role would be focused on energy transition projects within the power generation industry. NEC3/NEC4 & FIDIC contracts. This is on a permanent basis. Permanent Opportunity: Watford - Senior QS & Contacts/Commercial Manager (Renewable Energy) LOCATION: Watford START: October, November or December SALARY: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum - Quantity Surveyor - 3 Years Experience - Construction or Engineering projects background - Understanding of UK type contract formats (NEC3, NEC4, JCT, ICE, FIDIC etc) - Project deliverables from £150,000 - £10,000,000 - Cost of packages manages - Construction Projects Experience - Ideally working for a main contractor or a sub-contractor The client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior QS, the requirements for both roles are the same and your experience will determine the suggested role you take.
