Known for its exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, this is an opportunity to join a leading team in the world of luxury construction. The Project We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the refurbishment of a £20 million one-off luxury country residence in Dorset. This unique project involves significant alterations and additions to a historic country estate, including high-end leisure facilities, the construction of a helipad, and extensive modifications to the existing buildings. The project requires meticulous attention to detail and the highest level of finish to meet the exacting standards of the client. The Role The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the projects delivery, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the superior quality expected in a super prime residential development. This role involves coordinating a wide range of specialist trades and liaising closely with clients, designers, and consultants to deliver a seamless refurbishment. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the £20M refurbishment of a luxury country estate, including leisure facilities and new additions. - Overseeing a diverse range of specialist trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and programme adherence. - Coordinating with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure the client's vision is realised. - Implementing strict cost control measures and reporting progress to senior management. - Maintaining health and safety standards on site. - Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. Requirements: - Proven experience managing high-value luxury residential projects (ideally £10M), with a focus on refurbishment. - Deep knowledge of super prime construction practices and bespoke finishing techniques. - Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. - Ability to work autonomously, handling multiple stakeholders and complex logistics. - Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to Dorset.
