This role requires a proactive leader who can manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion, ensuring high standards, timely delivery, and budget management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full life cycle of the £1.8m Cat B D&B fit-out project. Coordinate with the client, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and time lines. Ensure all works are carried out to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality. Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to the project team. Requirements: Proven experience as a No.1 Project Manager on D&B fit-out projects. Strong background in Cat B commercial fit-outs. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage tight deadlines and complex logistics.
