Rural Surveyor We are looking for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to manage diverse let estates across Sussex & Kent. You’ll collaborate with in-house conservation and heritage experts, tenants, and stakeholders, playing a key role in sustainable land and asset management. What You'll Do Manage agricultural tenancies, land management schemes, woodland and deer management. Handle landscape projects, access rights, lease negotiations, and property transactions. Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues. Requirements Chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Knowledge of land use, agriculture, asset, and land management. Experience in environmental issues, conservation, sustainable development, and regenerative farming. Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Benefits Salary: £53,000 per annum. Hybrid working: balance office, home, and site visits. Work in beautiful estates including Chartwell, Ightham Mote, White Cliffs, Sissinghurst, and more. Contribute to conservation as part of the UK’s biggest private landowner. Location & Travel Based near Tunbridge Wells, with weekly attendance required.
